If I’m willing to roll up my sleeves, I can take the initiative and generate leads myself. However, for those who prefer a more hands-off approach, consider approaching your real estate company. Let them know you’re ready to raise the bar, and they might just increase your lead flow to match your enthusiasm.

2. Utilize a simple script. I emphasize the importance of setting appointments early in your interactions with leads. When I receive a new lead, be it via email or text, I make my first sentence count. For instance, if it’s a buyer lead, I introduce myself and mention the property they inquired about. Then, I propose an appointment immediately, asking if they’d like to view the property today or perhaps tomorrow. This straightforward approach can significantly increase the number of appointments I secure.
